Andaman Surgery offers Extended Hours early morning GP and nurse appointments and evening GP call-backs. We have recently changed our clinical system to offer a more integrated, safer service for patients. You will need to re-register for online access the quickest way to do this, including ID verification, is via the NHS app. or bring photo. ID with you and ask at Reception. Flu vaccinations now available for pateints aged 65 and over. (Flu vaccinations for eligible under 65s to come mid October).

Registering With Us
 
If you are new to our practice area you may register as a patient by collecting a New Patient Pack from our reception. Before we register you, you will be asked to attend an appointment with a nurse or health care assistant for a New Patient Check. Please complete the forms in the New Patient Pack and bring them with you to this appointment, along with two forms of identification (one should be something with your current address on it, i.e. a utility bill). Also please bring along any medication you are taking and a urine sample.
Please be aware, if you do not attend the appointment or cancel within a short time, the practice may reverse its decision to allow you to register.
 
Temporarily out of your area
If you are registered here at the Andaman Surgery and you are temporarily staying out of our practice area, should you need a visit, medication or a doctor, then you should contact a practice in the area you are staying and register as a Temporary Resident.
